A Crochet Improver Workshop with Karen Thomson.
Corner-to-corner (C2C) is a great technique to add to your repertoire of crochet, and simply builds on basic crochet skills. The construct of this shawl is geometric while light, lacey, and gorgeous. It’s sure to impress.
This class will be suitable for the crochet improver or if you have worked a c2c blanket before or attended my c2c Workshop. If you can make chains, trebles and identify working into chain spaces then this workshop is for you.
The workshops are 8 people maximum, so book along with a pal if you fancy!
Materials included in your kit:
- 200grams of wool (just pick your colour choice from the drop down menu)
Materials to bring (not included):
- 3.5mm crochet hook
- Some stitch markers
Skills required: You should be able to make chains, trebles and identify working into chain spaces.
And if you don't see anything you fancy kit-wise, please get in touch and we can put together something to suit your taste.
Whichever kit you choose will be waiting for you at the workshop, and it is everything you need.
24 Royal Terrace is an independent family-run boutique hotel situated in Central Edinburgh at the foot of Calton Hill. The hotel is nestled amongst the grand Georgian townhouses on Royal Terrace. The lounge where the workshop is held is on the ground floor and fully accessible.
*No refunds for the workshop will be issued once your space is booked. If you are unable to attend or unwell, you will be issued a store credit to use as you like (perhaps a spot on the next workshop).
