Fancy picking up the needles? Our beginner knitting course welcomes complete newcomers and teaches you the basics whilst you settle into our cosy neighbourhood café and wine bar. Sip tea, nibble cake, and master the art of crafting your own slippers—all in one delightful afternoon. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to have a go!
The course is 2 sessions taking place on Saturday 30 May & 6 June at 1pm - 3pm.
Your kit includes everything you need too make your cosy pair of slippers, just choose your colour! The workshop allows for a maximum of 6 students, so grab a pal to come along too!
Skills required: None!
Your kit includes: Sturdy Scottish wool to make your slippers, along with circular knitting needles and a darning needle.
Whichever kit you choose will be waiting for you at the workshop, and it is everything you need. And if you don't see anything you fancy kit-wise, please get in touch and we can put together something to suit your taste.
The workshop will be held at an adorable cafe and wine bar around the corner from the shop called The Tailor. A cuppa and bit of cake is included with the workshop. There are a couple of steps up to the back room and toilet. Please get in touch if you have any mobility concerns.
