Using the Mosaic Knitting technique, you’ll create gorgeous patterns using just one color per row. It’s basically knitting sorcery, and we’re here to show you all the tricks.
The Vibe & Venue
Think high ceilings, funky artwork, and plenty of elbow room to knit in style. We’ll be tucked away in a spacious lounge at one of Edinburgh's most beautiful family-run hotels. To keep the creative juices flowing, we’ve got prosecco, tea, and scones on deck! 🍰🥂

Your workshop kit includes two balls of buttery-soft worsted weight wool. You pick the color combo, and it’ll be sitting there waiting for you like a leafy little gift when you arrive! 🎁

The Nitty Gritty
- When: Sunday, 12 July 2026 | 1pm – 4pm
- Where: 24 Royal Terrace, Edinburgh (Right at the foot of Calton Hill!)
- The Project: The "Pressed Flowers Kerchief" mini shawl—the perfect spring/summer accessory.
- Skill Level: If you can knit comfortably, you can do this!
- Capacity: Strictly limited to 8 lucky knitters for maximum one-on-one help.
What to Bring
Please bring 4.0mm needles (straight or circulars) and your favorite stitch markers. If you need to top up your tool kit, you can grab them from our online shop ahead of time!
A Note on Accessibility: The lounge is on the ground floor of the hotel and fully accessible. However, the loos are down a flight of steps. If you have any mobility concerns, please give us a shout.
