A Break in Tide Shawl is a bottom-up construction, triangle shaped shawl featuring relaxing garter stitch complimented by sections of Fisherman’s rib and slip stitch variations. This design begins with just a handful of sts and increases along the ends until completion. Bind off occurs at the top edge.
What looks like brioche in this shawl is the “fisherman’s rib”.
There is no brioche knitting in this design.
