Born from fermenting sugar with a special fungus, then filtered and crystallised to perfection. Beloved by dyers everywhere (as it is easier to use and less smelly than vinegar) simply sprinkle a couple of tablespoons into your blocking bath to lock in those gorgeous colours and prevent any unwanted bleeding during washing.
