Devonia is a lustrous blend of three local fibres – Exmoor Blueface, Devon Bluefaced Leicester and Romney resulting in a medley of their characteristics – springy nature, soft handle and fine drape.
Devonia is one of our all time favourite bases. The Exmoor Blueface is from local sheep and brings its wonderful springy nature, the Bluefaced Leicester lends its outstandingly soft handle and lustre to the yarn, whilst the Romney adds a beautiful golden sheen and fine drape.
Together they create a wonderfully drapey lustrous blend, with just a dash of woolly bounce.
